Return Policy

Our product will be delivered in 3 to 7 days(Maximum), And the product returns only when the product received is damaged, defective or wrong item delivered, if 101bazaar approve the case. If you received seal tempered product, Kindly refuse or not to accept the products.

If you receive a wrong product and want to want to replace it then you have to make a video proof of sealed package on the same day and have to email us, in which you have to show that when you open the sealed package inside that you will get a wrong product which is clearly shown in the video. Then and then we can accept the replaced product’s claim otherwise if you send video, a day after (next day) receiving the product then we are not responsible of anything.

Goods came in damaged condition

You shall provide the order number, pictures, video or other proof within 7 working days means you have 7 days to return any products from date of delivery (from the date when you receive the product) and 101bazaar.com will deal with this after receiving sufficient evidence. All returns, exchanges or refunds shall be based on the confirmation and approval of 101bazaar.com.

We will not provide any guarantee or warranty on any products we are selling on our store, if you have any problem with the product then you have to contact the manufacturer of the product.

How to cancel the Order?

If you placed an order and want to cancel the order then 101bazaar.com is easy to accept the return if the product is not shipped. Generally, we are shipping the product in a maximum 24hrs. When your order is shipped, we are not to accept your cancel request.

If you want to cancel the product from your side then, log in into the account- > MY ACCOUNT -> Orders- > Cancel. After that, we are received your cancelation request.

How to change the shipping/Billing address in order?

You can change the shipping/Billing address before order shipment. Once the order will be shipped, 101bazaar is not allowed to change the shipping address. Generally, we are shipping the product in a maximum 24hrs.

Where do I send returns?

All products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from.

Spare Parts/Repair Service  

If the product you received is defective or not working, you can contact us to have the whole item or its spare parts repaired. Please note that if the damage is caused by incorrect or improper use, you might be charged a certain sum for this service.

Refund

All the refunds initiated by 101bazaar.com will be transferred directly to the user’s original payment source (Used while ordering) within 3-5 Business days.
